Skin Detoxifying Serum | REEHDUS BIOTECH
Fights Free Radicals| Prevents Premature Aging| Keeps Skin Intact| Gives Young Looking Skin
Do Anti-Oxidants in Skin Care Really Work?
Yes! If there is one category of skincare ingredients you can never have too much of, it’s antioxidants. They intervene to defend your skin against environmental damage (think sun and pollution), and work deep down to improve how your skin functions. An advanced antioxidant serum is a topical fluid of biological compounds focused on rebooting functions and refilling molecules that decline with age to restore and preserve young skin anatomy.
How Does It Do It?
Mechanism: Oxidation inhibition & muscular mass reduction
The 2 core driving forces of premature aging are oxidative stress (UV radiation, environmental pollution, etc) & muscle contractions. REEHDUS ADVANCED ANTIOXIDANT SERUM supplies skin with 97% active antioxidants which creates a force field around your skin cells to immunize against free radical damage – decelerating the typical speed of aging. Often unaddressed, repeated contraction of facial muscles physically creates and deepens creases (wrinkles, expression lines, fine lines, folds, etc). Our antioxidant serum mitigates this phenomenon by supplying modified and stabilized forms of branched-chain amino acids, amino acid complex, and vitamins that reduce the intensity of daily muscular contractions which progressively reduces muscle fatigue and tug, hence limiting the normal progression rate of wrinkle magnification that may otherwise compound.

There are many known benefits of antioxidants for the skin. The transformative benefits include moisturization and brightening of the skin, reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, and alleviation of inflammation and rosacea.
By stabilizing free radicals, antioxidants shield the skin from oxidative stress, allowing the skin cells to heal and regenerate at a much quicker rate. Free radicals are infamous for destroying the natural collagen and elasticity in our skin, which is where rapid aging comes into the picture.
Antioxidants have an anti-aging effect. With years of sun and pollutant exposure, our skin starts to show the effects of oxidative stress. Antioxidants work to combat this damage by balancing the unstable molecules that reduce our natural collagen and elasticity and damage our skin tissue. This stabilization process helps to diminish fine lines and wrinkles and restore the skin’s natural youthfulness.
Are you impressed by antioxidants yet?
To delve further into their extensive benefits, we’ve selected and incorporated the topmost antioxidants for your skin.
Genistein, Daidzein, and Glycitein
These compounds protect the skin from oxidative stress induced by UVB radiation. UVB-induced H2O2 production in keratinocytes was inhibited by genistein and daidzein, confirming that these two compounds can act as free radical scavengers when keratinocytes are photodamaged.
Encapsulated Vitamin C
Well-known for its brightening effects, vitamin C helps to even the skin tone by reducing and lightening hyperpigmentation.
This antioxidant is vital for optimal skin health and overall body health. In fact, a deficiency in vitamin C can lead to scurvy and skin lesions. A sufficient intake of vitamin C can reduce inflammation, reduce skin damage caused by free radicals, hydrate the skin, and aid the body in healing wounds.
Often referred to as ‘Master Antioxidant’, Glutathione plays an important role in boosting other antioxidants like Vitamin C. It helps in offering a natural glow to the skin by encouraging the production of lighter melanin pigment over its darker counterpart. It is also essential for detoxification and maintaining the skin’s health.
Known as a powerful antioxidant, Ferulic Acid helps protect skin from oxidative, UV, and radiation damage. It does that by neutralizing free radicals keeping skin youthful and free of fine lines.
Adenosine & Vitamin A are the first powerhouse antioxidant on our list. Retinol, a derivative of vitamin A, is jam-packed with skincare benefits. These two combined together to stimulate collagen production, reducing fine lines and wrinkles on the skin for a firm complexion. Vitamin A also increases cellular turnover, meaning it supports the skin in shedding old, dead skin cells and Adenosine generates new, revitalized skin cells and provides energy to existing cells.
Resveratrol counteracts damage caused by harmful environmental factors that we encounter every day. This antioxidant brightens the skin and reduces the visible signs of aging.
Coenzyme Q10, a substance found naturally within our bodies, is purposed to create energy for our cells. This antioxidant protect the cells from free radical damage, stimulate cellular activity, and retain moisture for optimal hydration levels that yield plump, smooth skin.
Tocopherol, a form of vitamin E, is one of the top antioxidants to add to your daily regimen. For people who struggle with acne, psoriasis, or dry skin, vitamin E is an excellent skincare ingredient to include in your daily regimen. Like other antioxidants, tocopherol protects the skin from free radical damage reduces inflammation, moisturizes the skin, and prevents sunburn, it improves cellular activity by countering the effects of oxidation on the skin. This ingredient also lessens inflammation and hydrates the skin to preserve a firm and full appearance.
Green Tea Polyphenols
Polyphenols (naturally occurring micronutrients in green tea) contain a powerful compound called catechin, which protects the cells from damage and offers an anti-inflammatory effect for the skin. Green tea detoxifies the body from free radicals, protects the skin from sun damage, making it one of the best antioxidants for the skin and body.
Curcumin, a chemical compound found in turmeric, is another vigorous ingredient that prevents oxidative damage to the skin. This antioxidant prevents collagen from breaking down in the body. Curcumin also works like a microbial to kill acne-causing bacteria and treat skin diseases.
Amino acid complex
Amino acids are indispensable for healthy skin. They are the building blocks of peptides and proteins and each amino acid performs a specific function in skincare. Some types occur naturally in the skin and work together with aquaporins (the water transport system of your body) to transport moisture through the skin. Some amino acids work as an antioxidant, but most help your skin to reproduce its own antioxidants. Whether produced internally or applied topically, amino acids help to strengthen the immune system, maintain the skin’s hydration, resilience, and overall healthy appearance. They protect skin from free-radical damage and reduce signs of aging.
Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B that protects the skin from environmental damage, reduces fine lines, reduces the appearance of enlarged pores, and brightens the skin for a fresh appearance.
